About Lewis

My name is Lewis Mountford, born and raised here in WA i love my sports and getting out in the sun.

Playing more sports than I could manage through my teenage years, sports has always been a passion of mine.After leaving school after year 12 I went into the personal training bussiness and since have been working full time for 2 and a half years. Realising I love working with people and helping people realise what they can do with physical activity, I am passionate about secondary teaching and sports science. 

Having a break from study for 3 years I think has given me a solid focus and drive on what I want. I am excited to learn what ever there is on offer, and to become a great sports teacher of the future.
